Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a new employee (m/f/d) to join us as a trainer and consultant, starting immediately. You will receive thorough onboarding and gain initial experience in the training and consulting business. We will support and guide you in the long term with a multi-year development plan.

Your tasks:

  • Conducting training sessions (online via live webinar/in-person at client sites)
  • Creating and developing training materials (during the onboarding period)
  • Leading workshops (in-person at client sites)
  • Executing client projects
  • Client support (as Key Account Manager
  • Working on internal projects (books, software, etc.)

What you bring along:

  • Affinity and enthusiasm for teaching
  • Technical proficiency and digital competence
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
  • Performance-driven, reliable, and independent work ethic
  • Quick comprehension and willingness to learn new topics
  • Good German language skills, both written and spoken; preferably an additional language
  • Willingness to travel and flexibility
