Initial certification

If you have already completed a Lean Six Sigma training course or have started but not completed it, you can now easily become officially certified. You can become part of our community without any additional effort and benefit from free webinars and discounted workshops and training courses. There are no obligations – only benefits. The certificate is valid for a period of three years. Recertification is very straightforward, without a new examination, and can even be free of charge under certain conditions. All you have to do for this: Collect a total of 24 credits within three years by participating in webinars or workshops.

We align with the following standards:

ISO 13053-1: DMAIC methodology
ISO 13053-2: Tools and techniques
DIN EN ISO/IEC 17024: Conformity assessment for the certification of persons
ISO 18404: Competencies of key personnel

Prerequisites

  • Participated in the Lean Six Sigma training
  • A project or case study is available
  • Exam passed with at least 80%

Questions and answers

Q: My certificate has no expiry date, what does that mean?
A: Then it does not comply with the recommendations of internationally recognised certificates.

Q: What do I do if I do not yet have 24 credits?
A: The credit system is only used for recertification. This means that you will not have to take another exam in the future.

Q: My certificate is more than 3 years old, what can I do?
A: As a rule, we will remind you of the possibility of recertification by e-mail in good time before your certificate expires. Please make sure that your contact details in our portal are always up to date. If the validity of your certificate exceeds the three-year period, recertification is required – this means you will have to take the exam again.

Q: In which languages do you offer the exam?
A: German, English, Spanish, Italian, French, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Croatian, Turkish.

Q: What languages are the certificates in?
A: We currently offer the certificates in the following languages: German, English, Spanish, Italian, French.

Recertification

If you have a valid, internationally recognised DIN EN ISO 17024 certificate with an expiry date less than three years ago and you have collected 24 credits through our free webinars or online workshops during this period, you can easily apply for a new certificate. This way, you will remain part of our community and benefit from all the advantages. An additional examination is not required.
