How is a roll-out carried out?

Awareness Training

This day offers decision-makers the opportunity to understand the profound and positive effects of cultural change. It will ensure that everyone is ready to embark upon this journey and encourages a unified, committed attitude to change from the very beginning.

Assessment

Benchmarking provides a detailed inventory of the current corporate culture and identifies the gaps to deeply anchor excellence in an organization. The results are presented in a 50-page report with immediately implementable measures.

Building an OPEX team

We support you in building or strengthening an OPEX team using an agile framework with clear roles. As a point of contact, we remain in the background. The team implements the measures.

Support (6-12 months)

Empowering the OPEX team

Once the measures have been successfully implemented, the OPEX team is trained to carry out assessments independently and to develop a deep understanding of the link between systems, behavior, principles and culture. This step is necessary for sustainability.
