This practice-orientated training provides you with essential knowledge to manage projects more successfully. You will receive a compact and clearly structured overview of agile, classic and hybrid methods such as SCRUM, Kanban, APQP and Lean Six Sigma. You will learn how to define requirements precisely, manage risks proactively and monitor projects effectively. The module expands your knowledge with well-founded strategies for selecting the optimal project management method based on the respective project complexity. It also looks at roles and responsibilities within a project – from planning, milestones and deadlines to backlogs, sprints and incremental developments. The training is supplemented by modern procedures and control methods along the various project phases.
