Benchmark - 1

Benchmarking enables companies to compare their performance and processes with industry standards . Best practices and potential for improvement are identified. For benchmarking, we use maturity models to scrutinize processes, techniques and behaviours. The concrete evaluation takes place via an employee survey (assessment). Various subject areas can be examined for this purpose.

What is an assessment?

Assessments are direct surveys for defined topics that give a company the best insight into what they need to change. They are conducted anonymously in a pleasant atmosphere.

How is the assessment conducted?

Preparation

Together with you, we agree on the topics for the surveys and define the target group. Moreover we also define the scope and the exact time frame for the implementation.

Implementation

We carry out the assessment according to the previously defined topics and the selected target group. It usually takes 3-5 days, in which up to 15 employees per day can be interviewed. A single interview takes approximately 30-45 minutes. We carry out the assessment on your premises.

Evaluation

We analyze and assess the collected data in order to identify strengths, weaknesses and potential for improvement.

Presentation and action plan

The results of the assessment, we present to you in a clear presentation and together we work out an individual action plan based on the potential identified.
